► 3:00 PM is the deadline for dropping off outgoing mail at the Customer Service Desk for processing that day. Mail Services is responsible for incoming and outgoing university
mail and packages, picking up and delivering intracampus mail, items for
mass distribution, and bulk mailings. This includes all incoming and
outgoing U. S. Postal Service mail, and outgoing only Federal Express and UPS shipments.
|
| The Customer Service Desk provides assistance to mail customers. Questions concerning the completion of required forms to meet U.S. Postal Regulations, or how to follow mailing procedures for Federal Express or UPS are answered by the employees working in customer service. Mailing options and help selecting the most cost-efficient method can also be provided by calling 784-4620 and speaking with the customer service staff. All required mail forms can be ordered by calling the Customer Service Desk for delivery in the next day's mail run. |
